Insurance Information

Cornerstone works as a preferred “provider” with many insurance panels and Employee Assistance Programs through various employers. We’ve done this to help make the cost of obtaining counseling more affordable. It’s always a good idea to see if you need prior insurance authorization for counseling. You can do this by calling the customer information phone number on your insurance card. Please remember, you will always be responsible for the balance on your account, not covered by insurance.

The cost of therapy is always an important consideration. Usually, the client need only pay their co-payment at the time of service.  The fee for an initial evaluation is $120.00 and follow up sessions are $100.00. As a courtesy we will bill your insurance company, HMO, or responsible party. We ask that at each session you pay your co-pay. In the event you have not met your deductible, the full negotiated rate is due at each session until the deductible is satisfied. For your convenience we accept cash, check, and Visa/MasterCard.

Counseling services are available for those self pay individuals who either do not have insurance or choose to not use it.
