Ginny Gregg, MA, LPC-Bellevue Office

I aim to foster a therapeutic environment in which children, adolescents, and adults can develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I incorporate evidence-based interventions, including EMDR, somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In my work with children, I use creative and play techniques to help them express their thoughts and emotions while learning healthy coping strategies. I take a straightforward and somewhat humorous approach while also conveying empathy and concern for my clients, as I understand people are bringing some of their most private experiences to the counseling room.

I have worked in a group practice, a community mental health center, and a community-based correctional facility (CBCF) with clients diagnosed with complex trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance-use disorders. I have significant experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I am excited to continue my work with clients at Cornerstone on these types of issues.
