Philosophy of Counseling:
I believe we are all on a life-long journey that shapes us into who God has called us to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As a counselor, I feel honored to be invited along on this journey by my clients. I see my role as working with my clients as they seek to become the best version of themselves through exploring their gifts and talents, sharpening the ones they already have and adding a few more tools to their tool belt to assist them along the way. Throughout the journey I hope to be an advocate and support in the difficult times as well as an encourager when there are successes and goals are met. At the end of our time together, my hope is that my clients leave a better and more confident version of themselves as they journey forth.

Counseling Areas of Focus

Having grown up in a large family, Caitlin is passionate about supporting and encouraging families by working with individuals (especially adolescents, young adults, and those struggling with anxiety and depression) and helping them improve their relationships with their family, God, and themselves. She loves working with clients on assertiveness and communication as a way to improve their confidence and their relationships. As a Christian, she strives to see and treat the whole human person, body, mind, and spirit, through her counseling work, seeing it as as avenue through which God as the Divine Healer can work in her client's lives and bring them the healing they need.
