Philosophy of Counseling

Loving others is my privilege and responsibility as a follower of Christ, and I believe that counseling allows me to do this in a transformational way. I enjoy caring for others by providing a warm and supportive environment that encourages each person’s growth, instills hope, and enhances their capacity to solve their social problems. Life certainly comes with its ups and downs, but when we’re going through a hard time, we don’t have to go at it alone. I am blessed to be able to come alongside individuals, families, and communities and guide clients to a place of healing that leads to peace.
